Great as always, I have been coming here for years and though I have tried many other eyebrow places no one compares to Sapnas Beauty parlor. I would be hideous without her. ❤️❤️❤️

I visited Sapna Beauty Salon recently, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was only one staff member present. She informed me that she was busy, and I politely said that I didn’t mind waiting for a while. However, after waiting for approximately 25 minutes, no one came back to assist me or provide any update. I have visited this salon several times in the past, and my experiences have always been positive. The staff has generally been kind, and I have always appreciated their service. This particular experience was very upsetting, especially because a simple update or communication would have made a big difference. As a loyal customer who has always valued the salon and supported the staff, I was disappointed by the lack of attention and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning in the future.

Yesterday was my second time going to this place and it was super nice, the ladies are beyond sweet here and i love love love the massages they give on my forehead after they do my brows, very calm and clean environment. The woman who is at the front desk always makes sure everything is good with you before you leave and gives you a card for the place. Overall i really like it they handle business well. The first time i went here i got my Eyebrows done i liked them. Second time i came i got me my upper lip hair done just to try it out but she did a great job with both (can’t remember her name). 10/10 will always come back ☺️

I’ve been coming to Sapna for years and so has my whole family. Every time I visit from Florida, I make sure to grow out my brows just so she can work her magic. No one does it like her! I genuinely wish I had a private plane just to fly in every month for my appointments. She’s the only person I trust with my brows!! Truly the best in the game.
